Registered Nurse, RN, Home Health Visits (Med Surg + Wound Care)

About the Role

Full-time Registered Nurse position in Eastern Cuyahoga County, OH. Focus on Med/Surg and wound care for home health clients. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow care plans.
• Conduct home visits.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions.
• Document doctors' orders and assessments.
• Case management.

Requirements

• Current OH RN license.
• Minimum one year recent clinical experience.
• Med/Surg experience strongly preferred.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently.
