About the Role
Join YMCA of Greater Cleveland Recruitment Team as a SUD Counselor in United States. Y-Haven provides temporary housing and drug and alcohol treatment to adults in Cuyahoga County who are most in need. Formed in 1993 by the YMCA of Greater Cleveland, Y-Haven has helped thousands recover from addiction, secure permanent housing, and re-build their lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling, group counseling and case management services to individuals with Substance U.
- Provide individual counseling, outpatient group counseling, intensive outpatient group counseling, and case.
- Provide individual counseling and case management to a case load of program participants.
- Coordinate with Clinical Director on all critical clinical issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree based on license and experience level. Experience:
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in SUD Counseling or Social Work. Certification(s) & Requirements:
- Must be free from sanctions or exclusions from the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) and the State of Ohio Department of Medicaid. Technical Skills and Knowledge:
