This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities

at the request of, and in collaboration with, other EvergreenHealth providers.

Primary Duties: Collects and reviews patient history.

Reviews the medical record using a problem-oriented framework in order to prioritize the medication related needs.

Performs a comprehensive medication review.
