Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high degree of resident satisfaction through consistent delivery of high-quality services.
- Assist with the admission process by providing timely assessments to determine Assisted Living eligibility.
- Coordinate with the Health & Wellness team to determine care needs of individual residents through routine and change of condition assessments.
- Provide training and delegation to Med Techs.
Requirements
- Participate in Clinical Team meetings and Care Conferences with residents, families and Outside Agency partners.
- Follow up on all resident incidents- reviewing documentation and giving instructions to staff and residents while addressing any preventative measures or changes to Care Plan.
