Key Responsibilities

PURPOSE STATEMENT: Assists the DON/CNO with directing, planning, coordinating, monitoring and supervising the effective and efficient use of the operations of nursing for assigned units.

Oversees the delivery of behavioral health/nursing services in a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Provide leadership to assure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as nursing practice standards.

Requirements

· One year of prior experience with the population required · Prior experience as a house supervisor strongly preferred · One year of charge RN or other administrative experience required.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: Current RN license as required by state.

CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Day shift only - no nights.
