Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of 20

30 individuals with dual diagnoses (IDD and behavioral/mental health needs).

Develop individualized Cross

Systems Crisis Prevention and Intervention Plans (CSCPIPs) using strengths

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Call responsibilities required.

Candidates must be prepared to share in a 24/7 on-call rotation, providing timely telephonic and face-to-face crisis response, and must maintain accurate documentation in required systems. Professional growth requires participation in training and obtaining necessary certifications like CPR and Mental Health First Aid.
