Key Responsibilities

and Responsibilities: Performs initial psychiatric evaluation for patients referred for behavioral health services by Primary Care Physician.

Provides routine follow up visits to patients referred and evaluated for behavioral health consultation services.

Monitor efficacy, tolerability, and continued necessity of medication treatment(s).

Monitor and measure progress of any behavioral interventions, as indicated.
