Join Avalon Health Care as a Occupational Therapist – $65-$75/Visit in United States. Brighten Life Home Health is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our amazing team in Tooele! Shift is On Call or Part Time Pay $65-$75 per visit $0.

Key Responsibilities

Timely response to requests for service.

Participate in screening individuals in compliance with Brighton policy and procedure.

Ensure plan of treatment is initiated by attending physician, and is developed in consultation with nursing.

Evaluate patients in order to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and development of appropriate goals.

Requirements

Must have clinical background

Must demonstrate professional competency as a general practitioner of Occupational Therapy

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy

Appropriate certification and state licenser in Occupational Therapy

Salary: $65 - $75/visit

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.

Call responsibilities required.
