Job Description BJC HealthCare/Saint Luke’s is seeking a dedicated Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team at Saint Luke’s South Hospital in Overland Park, KS. This role is designed for a pharmacist who excels in clinical decision-making and collaborative care within a high-functioning health system.
Key Responsibilities
- will be responsible for end-to-end medication management—from complex pharmacokinetic consultations to supervising supportive staff—while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety.
- conduct pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic evaluations, and provide expert drug information to the interdiscipl.
- manage and report adverse drug events (ADEs) and medication errors to drive continuous improvement in patie.
- manage departmental projects, and contribute to a culture of professional development.
Requirements
- career professionals (less than 1 year of applicable experience). Skills: Strong critical thinking, ability to work within an EMR
- 5 years Basic Life Support
- American Heart Association or Red Cross, Licensed Pharmacist

Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
