The Verification Pharmacist is responsible for performing final clinical verification of compounded medications to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. They collaborate with pharmacy technicians and leadership to maintain high-quality standards and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and possess an active, unrestricted Texas Pharmacist License. A minimum of four years of experience in a pharmacy environment with knowledge of USP standards and regulatory requirements is required.
