Responsibilities IOP Therapist- Full Time Horizon Health is seeking a licensed therapist for our IOP program at UnityPoint Health Finley Hospital in Dubuque, IA. IOP Coordinator also plans and implements programs to meet the social and emotional needs of the patients.
