About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • at the discretion of the Medical Director.

Requirements

  • Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) for medical practice in both KY and IN, including DEA and controlled substance permits, required.
  • Fellowship in hospice and palliative medicine required.
  • Hospice, palliative care, primary care, hospitalist, or geriatric experience preferred.
  • Board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine or Board-eligible with expectation to be certified within 5 years of employment required.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • Call responsibilities required.
  • Weekend coverage may be required.
