Key Responsibilities
- at the discretion of the Medical Director.
Requirements
- Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) for medical practice in both KY and IN, including DEA and controlled substance permits, required.
- Fellowship in hospice and palliative medicine required.
- Hospice, palliative care, primary care, hospitalist, or geriatric experience preferred.
- Board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine or Board-eligible with expectation to be certified within 5 years of employment required.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
