Oral Surgery Dental Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Provide surgical chairside assistance for procedures such as extractions, bone grafts, and implants while maintaining sterile field integrity. Support patient care through preparation, monitoring of sedation, and providing detailed post-operative instructions.

Requirements

Requires 1–2 years of oral surgery or surgical assisting experience and all state-required dental assistant certifications. Candidates must hold a current CPR/BLS certification and demonstrate strong chairside knowledge and communication skills.
