Occupational Therapist - SNF

Join Elderwood as a Occupational Therapist - SNF in City of Niagara Falls, New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs and goals.

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and regulatory guidelines.

• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, strength, and cognitive function.

• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapy license in New York State required.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $33 - $44.86/hr.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.
