Key Responsibilities

• This position supervises Quality Assurance Specialists DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitors the implementation of quality assurance and performance improvement activities within assigned region.

• Supports the development, implementation, review, and revision of RHA's Quality Management Policy and Procedure Manual and state specific service-related policies within their region.

• Supports the management of the QAPI process at the corporate level.

• Report trended data on benchmarks being monitored and provide recommendations to improve quality throughout service array based on trended findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B. A. /B. S.) in an appropriate Human Services field from an accredited four
