Clinical Coordinator & Therapist

Join Advanced Behavioral Health as a Clinical Coordinator & Therapist – No Weekends in Hagerstown, Maryland. Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. is looking for a Clinical Coordinator and Therapist for our new Hagerstown, MD office location.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of supervisees in providing services to individuals and families.

• In collaboration with Clinical Manager, coach and mentor interns/staff to ensure ongoing compliance, sufficient caseload, time management, and organization.

• Review and sign all treatment planning documents and evaluations, provide feedback regarding content, COMAR/CARF and ABH.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or similar degree.

• Licensed in the State of Maryland as one of the following: LCSW-C or LCPC.

• Board Certified Supervisor preferred, but not required.

• Five (5) years of experience in an out-patient clinical setting/counseling therapy setting.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $85K - $100K

• Job Types: W2, Full-Time.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm core office hours, 40 hour work weeks.
