About the Role
Join UnitedHealth Group as a Behavioral Health Clinical Triage Analyst – Remote, M-F in United States. This position is Remote in AZ. You will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within the AHCCCS Incident, Accident, and Death (IAD) Portals and internal UHCCP IAD platforms.
- Effectively interface with external behavioral health provider offices and facilities by providing education and guidance on AHCCCS IAD portal.
Requirements
- time (40 hours/week) Monday
- Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8
- hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am
