Physical Therapist - Outpatient Neuro

Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist is responsible for providing safe and effective patient care, including examination, diagnosis, and the development of individualized treatment plans. They collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to implement care, monitor progress, and establish appropriate discharge goals.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Physical Therapy license in the State of Minnesota and possess Basic Life Support certification. A Doctorate of Physical Therapy and at least one year of experience with neurological patients are preferred.
