Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will develop and implement progressive rehabilitation programs for patients in their homes while serving as a case manager. They are responsible for evaluating patients, coordinating care plans, and supervising home health aides and physical therapy assistants.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid Hawaii state license. A minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably home health, is required along with current BLS/CPR certification.
