Key Responsibilities

• Educate clinical staff and oversee nurse residency.
• Lead field staff in client service and clinical care.
• Visit clients and supervise clinicians.

Requirements

• Licensed RN in MN.
• 3+ years recent nursing experience.
• 1+ year nursing management or pediatric nursing.
• BSN/MSN preferred.
• Child Abuse Clearance where applicable.
• Trach/vent/tube experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and organizational skills.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
