About the Role
Join Ardent Health Services as a Charge Registered Nurse / RN ER in United States. Overview Join our team as a night shift, full-time, Emergency Room A (ER) Charge Registered Nurse in Albuquerque, NM. You may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $12,000.
Key Responsibilities
- The Charge RN is responsible and accountable for the practice of Professional Nursing, including the nursing management of the patient and staff of the assigned area in his/her charge.
- Manages efficient patient flow, appropriate use of supplies, and other operational functions.
- Collaborates with the unit managers and/or directors in developing and revising unit policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Serves as departmental liaison and first line of contact with patients, providers, and staff.
Requirements
- CPR; Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire); Preferred Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- National Certification in clinical specialty care.
