Key Responsibilities

• Provide orientation, training, evaluation, and discipline of staff, substitutes, and consultants. Assist with hiring.

• Complete weekly supervision with all employees to provide feedback and follow

• up on employee duties.

• Work directly with clients regarding case management needs, training in independent living skills, and provide individual/group services or crisis intervention as needed.

Requirements

• Follow CBA for union employees.

• Oversee client funds if Anixter is the payee.

• Complete IM + CANs mental health assessment for residents every 6 months.

• Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS (Competencies, skills, abilities, experience, education necessary.)

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Call responsibilities required.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
