Key Responsibilities

Provide orientation, training, evaluation, and discipline of staff, substitutes, and consultants. Assist with hiring.

Complete weekly supervision with all employees to provide feedback and follow

up on employee duties.

Work directly with clients regarding case management needs, training in independent living skills, and provide individual/group services or crisis intervention as needed.

Requirements

Follow CBA for union employees.

Oversee client funds if Anixter is the payee.

Complete IM + CANs mental health assessment for residents every 6 months.

Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS (Competencies, skills, abilities, experience, education necessary.)

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Call responsibilities required.

Weekend coverage may be required.
