Key Responsibilities
- Provide orientation, training, evaluation, and discipline of staff, substitutes, and consultants. Assist with hiring.
- Complete weekly supervision with all employees to provide feedback and follow
- up on employee duties.
- Work directly with clients regarding case management needs, training in independent living skills, and provide individual/group services or crisis intervention as needed.
Requirements
- Follow CBA for union employees.
- Oversee client funds if Anixter is the payee.
- Complete IM + CANs mental health assessment for residents every 6 months.
- Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS (Competencies, skills, abilities, experience, education necessary.)
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
