Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state where clinical services are provided
- Current DEA license number
- Current Medicare and Medicaid Numbers

Work Schedule
- Contract position.
- Call responsibilities required.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
