About the Role

Join Union Rescue Mission as a Associate Clinical Social Worker – Homeless Services, Flexible Schedule in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive psychosocial care to our higher barrier guests, single men, women and families.

Provide referrals and linkage based on outcome of assessment.

Develop implement and conduct psychoeducational classes and individual and group counseling as needed and/or.

provide comprehensive case management and crisis intervention techniques and protocols.

Requirements

Minimum of three- five years experience working with people experiencing challenging life circumstances.

Must have a current CA Driver License and the ability to be added to the company vehicle policy.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of and ability to apply mental health principles.

Salary: $62.4K - $68.6K

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Flexible scheduling available.
