About the Role

Join Choice Rehab LLC as a Speech Language Pathologist – PRN Home Health in United States. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing Home Health team. This flexible role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, meaningful one-on-one patient care, and the ability to truly impact recovery in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive
  • communication, voice, and swallowing disorders in the home setting
  • Develop individualized care plans based on comprehensive assessments and physician collaboration
  • Provide dysphagia management, including swallowing strategies and safe diet recommendations

Requirements

  • Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Nevada
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC
  • Previous home health experience strongly preferred, but not required
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
