About the Role

Join Choice Rehab LLC as a Speech Language Pathologist – PRN Home Health in United States. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing Home Health team. This flexible role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, meaningful one-on-one patient care, and the ability to truly impact recovery in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive

communication, voice, and swallowing disorders in the home setting

Develop individualized care plans based on comprehensive assessments and physician collaboration

Provide dysphagia management, including swallowing strategies and safe diet recommendations

Requirements

Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Nevada

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC

Previous home health experience strongly preferred, but not required

Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
