About the Role

K Health seeks full-time Primary Care Physicians (Family or Internal Medicine) to provide remote, video-based care for patients in North Carolina and South Carolina. The role focuses on preventive, acute, and chronic care with support from an AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care virtually.
• Manage a dedicated patient panel.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed.
• Participate in population health initiatives.
• Support patients post-discharge to reduce readmissions.

Requirements

• Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine.
• 3+ years post-residency experience.
• 2+ years in-person primary care experience.
• Active NC or SC medical license.
• Experience with virtual visits and EPIC EMR.
• Able to work Monday and Friday with flexible start times.

Work Schedule
