About the Role
Physician position with The Colorado Permanente Medical Group in Lakewood, Colorado, focusing on Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with Medicaid and CHP+ populations. Includes outpatient and telehealth visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical services to underserved populations.
- Participate in patient care teams including behavioral health and social work.
- Conduct telehealth visits from home.
- Dedicate up to 30% FTE to on-demand call and virtual care.
Requirements
- Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or IM-Peds.
- Experience with underserved populations preferred.
- Spanish language skills preferred.
