Key Responsibilities

• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care.

• Observes and monitors cares given by nursing staff through daily rounds.

• Assures that NARs are completing assignments/documentation.

• Redirect NAR if cares are not being done according to assignment.

Requirements
