Remote Mental Health Therapist - Maryland

Join CloseKnit MSO as a Remote Mental Health Therapist - Maryland in Maryland. CloseKnit is an integrated hybrid primary care organization with clinics across the DMV region, serving commercial and public insurance populations. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Therapists to provide high-quality therapeutic services through a virtual care model.

Key Responsibilities

• Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy using modalities such as CBT and DBT.

• Deliver care both onsite and virtually in alignment with the hybrid care model.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.

• Active licensure (must be able to practice independently) in at least one of the following states: Massachusetts (MA), Washington, DC, Maryland (MD), Virginia (VA).

• 3–5 years of clinical experience working with youth, adults, and individuals with behavioral health challenges.

• Experience working with patients throughout the lifespan (ages 7 and above).

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $70K - $80K

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
