About the Role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) providing rehabilitative care through home visits in Lancaster, South Carolina. This part-time role focuses on adult and geriatric patients in Lancaster, York, and Chester counties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough speech, language, communication, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care.
• Document care using electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Current South Carolina SLP license.
• Certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent education and experience.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
