Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust care based on patient progress and clinical needs.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care across the treatment continuum.
- Participate in treatment team meetings, discharge planning, and care coordination for inpatient populations.
Requirements
- Board Certified PMHNP or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience (or strong mental health background).
- Licensed or license
- eligible in South Carolina.
- Passionate about patient
