About the Role

Join FutureCare as a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator-MDS in United States.

Key Responsibilities

What you will do: Oversee and coordinate the development and accurate completion of the MDS in accordance with current RAI processes, Federal and state regulations.

Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team and monitor clinical documentation to provide accurate and timely MDS scheduling and completion.

Partner with IDT to evaluate Quality Measures.

Review completed MDS assessments for accuracy, to include utilizing MDS software to review any coding inconsistencies and opportunities, prior to locking MDS assessments.

Requirements

oriented nurses who are team players, with: Active RN licensure to work in Maryland (Maryland or Compact State). 3+ years’ experience as an MDS

Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator to include ICD
