About the Role

Join FutureCare as a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator-MDS in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • What you will do: Oversee and coordinate the development and accurate completion of the MDS in accordance with current RAI processes, Federal and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team and monitor clinical documentation to provide accurate and timely MDS scheduling and completion.
  • Partner with IDT to evaluate Quality Measures.
  • Review completed MDS assessments for accuracy, to include utilizing MDS software to review any coding inconsistencies and opportunities, prior to locking MDS assessments.

Requirements

  • oriented nurses who are team players, with: Active RN licensure to work in Maryland (Maryland or Compact State). 3+ years’ experience as an MDS
  • Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator to include ICD
