BAYADA Home Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Baylor weekend position in Winston Salem, North Carolina. The role involves home health admissions, assessments, and visits for adult and geriatric clients across multiple counties.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans.
• Conduct home visits in assigned territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Execute and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments and case management.
• Document care management using electronic tablets.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Home health experience required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
