Requirements

  • Required Education and Experience License and Certification Requirement 1.
  • License or permit to practice as a Medical Doctor in the State of New York.
  • Possession of or eligibility for a valid medical specialty certificate in General Internal Medicine, Family Practice or other related medical specialty.
  • Education and Experience Medical Doctor degree in the field of General Internal Medicine.
