- License or permit to practice as a Medical Doctor in the State of New York.
- Possession of or eligibility for a valid medical specialty certificate in General Internal Medicine, Family Practice or other related medical specialty.
- Education and Experience Medical Doctor degree in the field of General Internal Medicine.
