Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctorate of Pharmacy from an accredited institution or completion of a foreign equivalency examination. Michigan State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist and Controlled Substance licensure must be obtained within three months of starting the job.
