About the Role

Job Summary: The Outpatient Infusion Pharmacist functions as an integral member of an Ambulatory Infusion Center (AIC) Team. In collaboration with physicians, nurses, other providers and support personnel providers pharmacy services to both oncology and non-oncology patients.

Requirements

  • Experience Minimum two (2) years of outpatient infusion pharmacy experience or home infusion experience or hospital IV pharmacy experience.
  • Minimum two (2) years of admixture experience with oncology/antineoplastic agents.
  • Education Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.
