The Physical Therapist will evaluate and administer medically prescribed physical therapy for pediatric patients within their homes. They are responsible for coordinating care with families and staff while maintaining accurate clinical records and participating in quality improvement programs.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid state driver's license and CPR certification. Previous pediatric clinical experience and home health experience are required for this role.
