Key Responsibilities

• provide comprehensive behavioral health treatment for the common conditions seen in primary care such as dep.

• conduct disorders in an extended primary care collaborative model.

• Provide individual, family and group therapy for patients using evidence-based treatment modalities Particip.

• Develop collaborative relationships and referral agreements with community mental health providers Monitor p.

Requirements

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $125,000 to $125,000 annually.
