Key Responsibilities

• Provides the necessary interventions in order to assure effective and efficient clinical resource management.

• Provides intervention regarding adjustment to hospitalization, crisis intervention and psychosocial assessment.

• Will be actively involved in Discharge Planning and Utilization Review in a progressive acute care setting.

Requirements

• related field. PREFERRED Three (3) years of experience in case management, social services or related field. One (1) year of experience in utilization review. Certified Case Manager. Work Hours: 7AM

• 5:30PM Weekend Requirements: No On

• Call Requirements: No

Work Schedule

• Fixed schedule.

• Call responsibilities required.
