Key Responsibilities

Provides the necessary interventions in order to assure effective and efficient clinical resource management.

Provides intervention regarding adjustment to hospitalization, crisis intervention and psychosocial assessment.

Will be actively involved in Discharge Planning and Utilization Review in a progressive acute care setting.

Requirements

related field. PREFERRED Three (3) years of experience in case management, social services or related field. One (1) year of experience in utilization review. Certified Case Manager. Work Hours: 7AM

5:30PM Weekend Requirements: No On

Call Requirements: No

Work Schedule

Fixed schedule.

Call responsibilities required.
