Key Responsibilities

Perform physical assessments on each client upon arrival and intake.

Diagnose health issues; detect changes in a patient’s health and change treatment plans as necessary.

Prescribe and administer medicines and treatments as necessary.

Evaluate responses to treatments and medications.

Requirements

Master’s Degree from an accredited nursing program.

Must be a Registered Nurse with valid licensure and be board certified by either ANCC or AANP.

Must have prescription authorization.

Nursing experience working with adolescents is preferred.
