Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical assessments on each client upon arrival and intake.
- Diagnose health issues; detect changes in a patient’s health and change treatment plans as necessary.
- Prescribe and administer medicines and treatments as necessary.
- Evaluate responses to treatments and medications.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Must be a Registered Nurse with valid licensure and be board certified by either ANCC or AANP.
- Must have prescription authorization.
- Nursing experience working with adolescents is preferred.
