Requirements

Collaborate with the resident or their substitute decision maker about their needs, preferences and health status at move in, changes in status and ongoing assessment as required

Creates, develops and evaluates plan of care, goals of care with the resident or their substitute decision maker. 2. Provide Supervision, Assistance & Oversight

Demonstrates a professional working knowledge of all equipment used in the delivery of nursing care.

Assists with the development and implementation of policies and guidelines that reflect the philosophy of the Community.
