The Senior Behavior Analyst will lead and support Behavior Technicians to ensure the effective implementation of treatment plans. They will also conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop innovative ABA programs to address client needs and provide parent education.
Candidates must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. The role requires successful completion of a criminal background check, TB test, and physical exam, along with proof of required immunities.
