About the Role

Serve as Clinical/Practice Assistant Lead supporting outpatient Internal Medicine practice at Mass General Brigham Medical Group in Danvers, MA. This is a full-time, onsite role Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day outpatient clinic operations.
Assign and prioritize workflow, troubleshoot issues, and provide training.
Act as super user for scheduling, registration, and billing systems.
Provide backup support for supervisors and clerical staff.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
5-7 years office experience required.
