Clinical/Practice Assistant Lead, Internal Medicine

About the Role

Serve as Clinical/Practice Assistant Lead supporting outpatient Internal Medicine practice at Mass General Brigham Medical Group in Danvers, MA. This is a full-time, onsite role Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outpatient clinic operations.
• Assign and prioritize workflow, troubleshoot issues, and provide training.
• Act as super user for scheduling, registration, and billing systems.
• Provide backup support for supervisors and clerical staff.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
• 5-7 years office experience required.
