Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining caseload meeting the needs of the patients and following regulatory guidelines
• Provides evidence-based and other approved counseling techniques and interventions to facilitate client success.
• Offer assessment, individual, and group sessions.

Benefits & Compensation

• Currently offering evening shift differentials, weekly productivity bonuses, and sign on bonus. This is a Monday through Friday position with day and evening hours (2 evenings per week).
• Substantial PTO with calendar year carry over.
• Earning of Extended Leave Bank (ELB) separate from PTO earnings.
