About the Role

Join University Home Care Inc as a LLMSW Therapist – Hybrid, Flexible Schedule in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy.

Offer services in a variety of settings: via telehealth, in the office, and in client homes as appropriate.

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards.

Collaborate with supervisors, case managers, and other members of the treatment team to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

LLMSW (Limited Licensed Master Social Worker) credential in the State of Michigan.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
