About the Role

Join University Home Care Inc as a LLMSW Therapist – Hybrid, Flexible Schedule in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy.
  • Offer services in a variety of settings: via telehealth, in the office, and in client homes as appropriate.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, case managers, and other members of the treatment team to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • LLMSW (Limited Licensed Master Social Worker) credential in the State of Michigan.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
