About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Supports and promotes the mission of the Agency: Foothill Family empowers children and families on their journey to achieve personal success.

Provides high quality, compassionate and ethical therapy, treatment and case management to Foothill clients and their families.

Manages own clinical caseload.

Meets treatment goals for their caseload showing Outcome Measure Scores for clients indicating increase functioning.

Requirements

Keeps abreast of all legal and ethical standards.

Assists intake, reception, clinical staff, and accounting in the collection of complete and accurate information necessary for treatment and billing.

Provides telephone counseling for emergencies both during office hours and outside of office hours for clients.

Provides care or services to minors or comes into contact with minors as part of their job duties.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $70K - $75K
