Key Responsibilities

• and Responsibilities Seeks and obtains sufficient information necessary to function effectively where assigned.

• Provides individual patient/client services and determines priority needs for physical therapy by: Assessing and evaluating therapeutic, rehabilitative and functional status.

• Assessing for muscle strength, mobility, gait, ROM, potential for rehabilitation and evaluation of the home environment.

• Participating in the development of the total plan of care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited therapy program Professional experience required per state regulations Current License and in good standing with State’s Licensing Board.

• Vision and Hearing capabilities within normal limits, with or without aid.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
