Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider works within a collaborative model to provide quality cancer care and improve patient outcomes. They are responsible for strengthening the continuity of care for patients, families, and staff across multiple clinical settings.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and hold a valid New York State license. The role requires five years of professional nursing experience, including at least one to two years in an advanced practice or oncology-specific role.
