The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating resident needs and developing effective, efficient treatment plans to ensure high-level care. They must also manage treatment plan supervision, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and ensure billing compliance with state and federal standards.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and possess an active state license. Experience or knowledge in older adult rehabilitation and regulatory healthcare guidelines is preferred.
