- will: Provides and directs safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for high-risk pediatric through aging adult patients with actual or potential life-threatening health problems in the intensive care units Complex assessments, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice Providing high-intensity therapies and interventions with continuous nursing surveillance Adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities POSITION SPECIFICATION Education: Associate's Degree Field Of Study: Nursing Special Training: ACLS; Basic Life Support.
