will: Provides and directs safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for high-risk pediatric through aging adult patients with actual or potential life-threatening health problems in the intensive care units Complex assessments, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice Providing high-intensity therapies and interventions with continuous nursing surveillance Adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities POSITION SPECIFICATION Education: Associate's Degree Field Of Study: Nursing Special Training: ACLS; Basic Life Support.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing and hold current Registered Nurse licensure in Iowa, with eligibility for Illinois licensure within one year. Required certifications include ACLS and Basic Life Support, though a Bachelor's degree and two years of Critical Care/ED/CSU/CU experience are preferred.
